FRAMES FOR PROFESSIONAL REFLECTION
In professional education, the following frames have been found to be especially useful:The functional frame is aimed at activity mastery, and orients activities according to the results of the task to be performed. The discussion is organized around well defined objectives, and deals with effective behavior and with performance indicators.
Each professional development team can choose their frame for reflection in their projects. They also can choose to alternate conceptual frameworks, or to having each individually a personalized frame to contribute uniquely to the discussion of their team. The pluralism of ways of seeing is inspired by a democratic vision of knowledge.
The typical Curriculum Structure is presented HERE.
